Honor's first foldable, the Magic V, went on sale in January 2022, and while the design was refreshed with the Magic Vs in the second half of that year, we're still overdue for a proper sequel. Rumor has it that the Honor Magic V2 will be unveiled on July 12, three weeks from now.
Apparently, it will feature Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 and 8 Gen 2 variants with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage. Other rumored changes include a doubling of the main camera's resolution to 108MP and the addition of 50W wireless charging to the 5,000mAh battery (which already supported 66W wired charging on the Vs).
Details on the main display are scarce, but it will apparently be upgraded to an LTPO panel with a higher (than 90Hz) refresh rate and high-frequency PWM dimming.

Digital Chat Station also posted details on the Honor X50, a sequel to the X40 from September. This is expected to appear in China on July 5 with a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1, which will be paired with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage. The display will be a larger 6.78" AMOLED display (up from 6.67") and its resolution will be bumped up from the 1080p class to the 1220p class to balance the pixel density.
Also, the X50 is said to have a 108MP camera on its back (with a 2MP helper), plus a dual camera on the front. This phone will have a large 5,800mAh battery with a relatively slow 35W charging rate (compared to 5,100mAh/40W for the X40).
DCS also mentions that a MagicPad tablet will be launched later, while the Magic6 series of rigid flagship will arrive in the first quarter of 2024.
