OnePlus is all set for its inaugural launch of the OnePlus Open smartphone. It would be the first foldable smartphone by the brand and they have already started teasing it on their Indian division’s social media channel. The enthusiasm amongst the fans is really on the very high side. Now between all this, complete renders and pricing of the smartphone have been leaked online. This latest leak reveals the complete look and design of the forthcoming gadget.
OnePlus Open might start with the price tag of $1,699
The latest leaked renders of the upcoming OnePlus Open reveal the gadget in two different color variants. One is leather black and the other one is classic green which is very similar to what we have seen on a number of other OnePlus devices. The render further reveals the huge circular camera bump, inside which we can spot three different camera lenses aligned on a triangular shape along with a Hasselblad logo.

The cover screen is also visible and the brand has designed it in such a way that whenever the device is in folded situation, the cover screen will make you feel as if you are using a normal smartphone. Further, the device is going to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. If the chipset will turn a generation old in just a few weeks as Gen 3 is about to hit the market.
According to the brand, the device has been in development for a significant period, possibly explaining why they opted for the 8 Gen 2. However, a recent leak indicates that the device will be priced at $1,699, which is comparatively steep when compared to rival products. Nevertheless, this is reasonable because of the device’s sophisticated hardware and extensive research.
